Sidewinder Linden Talks (a lot)

The Lindens provide a blog for residents to read new information directly from Linden Lab about the status of the grid, updates, tips, general knowledge, and announcments. Often the person who posts an entry will respond to a few comments from the residents.

I noticed the other day that Sidewinder Linden was continuing to respond to many comments over a long period of time on a post about the havok early adopter program. He also took the time to answer comments honestly to people who made ridiculus acusations as well as others who would make rude comments.

This is a great direction to see Linden Lab moving in. It really helps improve the image of the company as a whole as people who take time to listen and respond to their customers no matter how ludacris the resident appears.

Another post regarding havok was up today and again, Sidewinder Linden was actively answering questions. I hope to see the other lindens taking more active interest in the blog. Sidewinder is on my Super Cool Linden Employee list now.
